Sweet & Sour Courgette Relish

Eastern Europe comes to Switzerland via Canada.  Inspiration from my father's favourite Silesian sweet pickles brings a new twist to this traditional North American condiment.  Enjoy with raclette, meats or classic, Canadian-style on hot dogs and hamburgers. This courgette version has more crunch than the softer cucumber version.
