Cowboy Candy

Sweet pickled jalapeños. Not for the faint of heart! Smoky, sweet and spicy all at once.  These gorgeous little slices pack a real punch and can be addicting. Recipe for Swiss nachos: use as a topping with your favourite cheese or on a slice of bread or a cracker if you prefer some crunch. Try also on ribs and burgers.
