Honey in comb

This little comb of honey is a wonderful treasure of nature. It's precious because only the strongest hives produce these little pieces of gold.  The wax contains essential oils that would not otherwise be present in centrifugally extracted honey. The wax is eaten with the honey on toast to take advantage of its digestive benefits.
