Green Tomatillo Salsa

A wonderfully fresh and citrusy green salsa featuring vine ripened tomatillos from the kitchen garden.  A lime and cilantro finish makes this a perfect combination for an apero with chips or crackers and cream cheese. Excellent with eggs and of course mexican dishes.
